How We Work With You
Our services are available for a few hours a week or around the clock every day of the year. When you choose LifeMatters, we’ll personally take you through the following process:


To get started, please call us at 1-800-293-8973 or fill out our private and secure online needs assessment form.

After contacting you to thoroughly discuss and assess your needs, LifeMatters will identify two to three of our employees whose skills and demeanor best match your needs, then coordinate a day and time for your and your family members to meet and conduct personal interviews of the candidates.


You'll then select the LifeMatters employee you feel is best for the job. Together, we'll confirm a start-of-care date and send you a complete client welcome kit with all the information you need to start the engagement, including:

Estimated invoice and payment for services

Within 72 hours, a LifeMatters Registered Nurse will schedule and complete a detailed assessment.

Ongoing Quality Control
Every 60 days, you will receive a follow-up assessment by a LifeMatters Registered Nurse. Ongoing and regular announced and unannounced visits by LifeMatters supervisory staff will take place for quality control measures and to reconnect with clients and nurses.

Freedom with Long Term Care Insurance
LifeMatters will submit clients billing information to the clients with Long Term Care Insurance Claims Departments in accordance with industry standards to help expedite your Long Term Care Insurance claims.
