LifeMatters provides Personal Care Services for our clients who may be experiencing minor to serious conditions and need personal assistance or a certified Nursing Aide. Personal Care Services include:

• Personal safety and monitoring
• Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living covered by Long Term Care Insurance
• In-home evaluation and assessment by a Registered Nurse
• Managing medical treatment and medications
• Meal preparation
• Communicating with our clients' physicians on a regular basis
• Customized care plans
• Coordinating the right home care plan with the client, family, doctor and other care providers
• Helping inform and stabilize new conditions or symptoms that may arise

Transportation
It's important to have fun and stay active during your senior years or if you have a disability. LifeMatters can help you stay engaged in life and never miss a thing. Most our our employees that work on a full-time basis for our clients either utilize their own vehicle or the vehicle of the client to accomplish daily tasks such as attending doctor appointments or social outings, grocery shopping and more. And of course LifeMatters also makes sure that our employees have a clean driving record and carry current auto insurance.
