• Arrangements for home care;

• Home visits and ongoing monitoring of care;

• Assistance in selecting short- or long-term living arrangements including:  assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and hospices; providing you with our experience regarding essential facility characteristics: cleanliness and ambience, food quality and service, staff attitude, resident satisfaction;

• Liaison with and referrals to physicians, mental health professionals, nutritionists, elder law attorneys, financial managers, move coordinators, home remodeling companies, transportation services, among others.

• Individually designed exercise therapy program.
